Jillian Jones – CEO / Senior Consultant
Jillian wears a RED cape and brings 15 years of sales, sales management and expert CRM experience to her clients’ rescue. She hails from Michigan and earned her BS in Sociology and Mathematics at Central Michigan University, but she bleeds maize and blue for her beloved University of Michigan football team. She also earned her Executive Master’s Degree in Business Administration & Economics from Saint Mary’s College of California.
She has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for 11 years but will travel globally for a Jimmy Buffett concert. She has 3 adorable Pomeranians and a penchant for shopping and golf. |

Ryan Jones – COO / Consultant
Ryan wears a BLUE cape and brings 18 years of sales, marketing and project management experience to CRM Superhero. He is responsible for day-to-day operations and spearheads business development and marketing. He earned his BS in Marketing from California State University Long Beach and was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Ryan’s passion for sports and music has led him on many journeys through numerous states and countries. You can find Ryan on the golf course or playing ball with his dogs. |

Rosella Fernandez – Senior Consultant
Rosella wears a PURPLE cape and brings over 25 years of Marketing and 10 years of CRM Administrative and Design experience to her clients’ rescue. She earned her BA in Public Relations from San Jose State University, after coming to the Bay Area from Reno, NV.
Her first love is basketball, closely followed by her charming husband and witty teenagers. She can often be found enjoying weekends watching her kids compete in baseball or volleyball. |

Jill Jones – Lead Generation Consultant
Jill wears a YELLOW cape and her career covers 31 years of experience in Accounting, HR, Customer Service, Management and Benefit Plan Administration. This native Californian attended De Anza College and enjoys spending time with her family. She feels strongly about developing new relationships and enhancing the customer’s experience.
Jill is a college and pro football fanatic and loves visiting her favorite Hawaiian Islands. You can find her at the beach, in the pool or walking her grand dogs. |
